My name is Fernando Perez. I am a lifelong resident of Dallas. I grew up alongside my mother Laura Perez, a proud supervisor with American Airlines and great teacher threw my life to be a business major. Being around such an amazing person instilled community values in me at a young age and I’ve always had the desire to give back. I am a family man with a devotion to God,and a passion for what I do. For the past 12 years I have mentored managers and sales associates teaching core values like integrity, honesty, service, leadership and community. These similar values made it easy to transition to United Realty & Associates because of their service to the community. I am a customer champion. My ability to listen then communicate effective action plans create seamless transactions. I am detailed, organized and dedicated to exceeding my clients expectations. I’ll be your partner from beginning to end. I’m soft spoken but caring and hard working. Quality is job one and customer experience is the key to a great business!
