About Fernando Santos

I’m a curious and passionate leader, always looking for learning and using knowledge creatively. Inspired by meaningful relationships and new solutions to human problems, I work hard to benefit the team and achieve common goals. I strongly believe in diversity and inclusion and that a single role/title does not define what one can achieve. Thus, our current status is temporary, and what defines us are our values, journey, vision, and what we do with all of it. With more than 10 years of experience in complementary roles related to Business Development, Project Management, Digitalization, Marketing, and Processes Improvement within consulting, FMCG, luxury, and retail segments, I still have a lot that I want to explore. My passion for new experiences and cultures has led me to pursue an international and multi-cultural path. Hence, I have lived in Brazil, Belgium, and Sweden, and worked for dynamic and fast-paced companies (including collaborations within several countries globally). My genuine interest in people led me to develop a broad management experience, leading cross-functional teams (locally and remotely), route to market strategy, innovation projects, customers development (B2B and B2C), T&D, marketing campaigns, trade marketing activations, tools and processes implementation, and new business models. “The only constant of life is change.” (Heraclitus)
