About Fernando Tapia Ramirez

Engineering Sciences PhD, Electronic Engineer, Magister of Science Education, with honours in Physics, Magister of Education Sciences. Experience in university training of students, with experimental didactic strategies as a basis; applied in subjects of Electronics, Automation, Control and Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems, together with the development of automation services with emphasis on instrumentation and intelligent control. Currently Assistant Professor and Director of School of Electronic Civil Engineering at Universidad Católica del Maule. Specific experience in the implementation and commissioning of Electronic Engineering Laboratories, considering equipment for Electronic Simulation, measurements, instrumentation, industrial robotics, photovoltaic solar energy and electromobility. Creation of agreements for continuity of studies integrating the link between Secondary Education and Electronic Civil Engineering. Remote Teaching with international links through the COIL programme (International Collaborative Learning Online and in turn, creation of a program of Studies in the Engineering Career in Control and Automation, which is currently being implemented at Universidad Católica del Maule.
