I’m a tech executive with 20+ years of experience scaling companies, building high-performing teams, and launching new markets across FinTech, SaaS, eCommerce, and delivery services. After starting my career in consumer marketing at Johnson & Johnson and Red Bull, I transitioned into tech, leading product and growth teams at Microsoft, eBay, Favor Delivery, and later Rev.com. At eBay, I led the launch and expansion into Latin America and supported global growth initiatives in Russia and China, experiences that shaped how I think about go-to-market strategy, localization, and cross-cultural leadership. Having led teams across Product, Marketing, and Sales, I bring a holistic understanding of how to drive growth end-to-end. My leadership approach is grounded in empowerment and trust - creating the conditions for talented teams to excel. I’m proud of building diverse, high-performing organizations that move fast, innovate boldly, and consistently deliver impact.
