In addition, I work hard to define a proper strategy, establishing long range goals, plans and policies in order to make clear for everyone what really matters. Finally, with the long term set, love to put my eyes on the details of the operational side, reviewing costs and processes to assure that the company delivers nothing but the best. I am a multilingual global professional with exposure to Latin America, Asia and emerging markets in Europe. My background embraces 20+ years of experience in CEO / GM / Managing Director positions, being accountable for companies and/or entire division's management, planning, budgeting, governance, policy making, risk management and full profit and loss responsibility. Given to my “roots” there is an emphasis in sales, marketing and business development – both with high-end and premium consumer goods – While my development allowed a thorough understanding of several distribution channels (own stores, third part, franchises, selective, duty free and e-commerce). There are a few words that could be used to define myself but rather than be restricted to a definition, I do believe that my strength resides in translate plans into a clear language - so every single individual/stakeholder can easily understand the course of action, and feel part of it.
