I deconstruct behavioral skills into everyday application. My work with over 250+organizations for the last 18 years has helped me realize my true passion – to bring authenticity and humor into real-life problems - because I believe that the resulting level of trust and "relatability" created through this can lead to trans-formative learning experiences. My core areas of expertise lie in CXO performance coaching and development, building organizational learning architecture, measuring impact through learning analytics & neuroscience- based Leadership Development. I have always been particularly passionate about performance coaching. As an ICF certified coach, I have coached a range of people including CXOs, start-up founders, National athletes, graphic designers and LGBTQ professionals. Covering the whole gamut - right from the coaching curriculum, building coaching frameworks & internal capability - my coaching interventions have proven success stories that have resulted in measurable goals achievements & promotions. Some of my most recent work has centered around conducting empathy interviews that led to leadership discussions around talent and growth agendas for the next normal, ‘phygital’ leadership – creation of a unique behavioral skills framework for the new age leader centered around Clarity, Courage & Communication and ‘Paradoxical Leadership’ – dissecting leadership dichotomies to lead with paradoxes. Along with this, I have created video-based courses for Masterlife, hosted LinkedIn Live sessions, worked with concepts around emotional ‘fitness’ and revamped campus to corporate curricula to reflect the current realities of the new age learner.
