Roles and Responsibilites: 1) The primary responsibility of the Internal Audit is internal audit, internal controls, risk management, regulatory compliance and reporting functions. 2) The Internal Audit evaluates organizational business risks, develops and communicates audit plan, manages and executes audits, and recommends improvements to internal controls and operating processes. Organizational Role: The Internal Audit typically serves as member of senior management. As such, the Internal Audit provides strategy formulation. The organization will depend on this person's vision implementation. The Internal Audit generally is responsible for operational responsibility. As such, the Internal Audit provides cost and risk management.
