Marketing & Database Analyst at Startselect. Joined the company in 2014 as a country manager for the Dutch territory. From that point on I've been involved with a lot of different projects and roles within the company. From developing marketing campaigns and organising on- and offline events, to SEA and SEO. I've developed frameworks and templates for territorial expansion, mapped out product profitability, and did pitches for product acquisition. I decided it was time to create more focus and assume a role that was closer to my personal interests, clearly defined, and most importanly, fun! Since March 2018 I've been on a trajectory to learn more about data, its uses, and what it could bring to our company, and to myself. Together with our new Marketing Manager we gave birth to a new role within the organization, the Marketing & Database Analyst. This new role will help take the company to the next level, as we gain more insights into our marketing spend, effectiveness of our campaigns, and our audiences. The current roadmap includes mergin all our data sources into one stream, and using these connected streams to develop our own attribution model and customer value model.
