With over 20 years of experience in IT project management, data engineering, and business analysis, I am a highly skilled professional in managing complex technical projects and delivering data-driven solutions. My career spans various industries, where I have successfully led teams, optimized processes, and implemented cutting-edge technologies to transform business operations. Specializing in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and agile methodologies, I have extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams, coordinating change management initiatives, and providing comprehensive business support. I am proficient in tools such as Power BI, SQL, Talend, API Integration, and Progress 4GL, with hands-on experience with platforms like Jira, Redmine, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Notable achievements include leading the "Connected Machines" project for MANITOU GROUP, overseeing the overhaul of the myMANITOU mobile app back-office and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). I coordinated Level 3 incident management for MAIF, improving issue resolution efficiency and executive reporting. I developed and led change management sessions for Île-de-France Mobilités, training over 350 users. As an EDI Technical Advisor for DACHSER, I managed end-to-end projects, defining custom mapping strategies.
