About Feyi Akinbile

Feyisetan (Feyi) Akinbile is veteran HR practitioner with functional management and leadership experience of over two and half decades spanning Banking and Aviation. His last organisational leadership role was as Head of the Helicopter Division of one of the Nigerian leading airlines. Feyi's life passion is the constant transfer of knowledge and development of leaders at every stratum of organisational governance structure. His main focus is ethical leadership in every sphere of life. Currently, he is the Senior Partner of FACTS Limited, an indigenous Human Resource Consulting company with core competences in Organisation Design (OD), Organisational Behaviour (OB), Capacity Development, Talent Resourcing and Corporate Culture Change, management and institutionalisation. The clientele base of the company cuts across industry boundaries - manufacturing, Banking, Aviation, Healthcare, Telecommunication, Entertainment etc. Feyi was a lecturer at the Centre for Law and Business (CLB) where he taught International Human Resources. He is an alumnus of Oxford University, UK and HEC Paris, where he completed the Consulting and Coaching for Change programme; Delta State University as well as The Polytechnic Ibadan. He has received several professional training in core banking, Human Resources Administration, Consulting, Change Management and various leadership programmes and project management.
