My achievements at 27 •13 years of varied work experience •17 educational qualifications •Gold Duke of Edinburgh award 🥾 I graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a BA in English Literature (2:1) and an MA in International Journalism (Merit). I really enjoyed my time at university and it guided my passion for writing in the right direction, allowing me to develop my skills and improve these immensely. Graduating during a pandemic meant the job market was bleak. However, back in January 2021 I was lucky enough to secure a job with the Department for Work and Pensions as a Case Manager. In this role. I have taken on many responsibilities in addition to my main role. Such as, becoming a covid testing operative for the whole building, and volunteering to be the diversity and inclusion SPOC for my team. I am looking for a role that will allow me to use and develop my passion for writing, whilst also bringing the skills I already possess to the team. As a masters graduate, I am looking for more ways to develop my knowledge, but I am also aware that I hold knowledge that will be invaluable to many.
