As a Strategic and Innovative HR Professional, I translate business vision into HR initiatives that drive performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. My expertise spans Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, and Accountability Partnerships. My journey to this point has been dynamic. I began in Marketing, where I mastered storytelling, branding, and audience connection. That skillset naturally made me transition into Customer Care, where I improved my ability to listen, solve problems, and create lasting experiences. Then, as a Course Facilitator, I trained individuals in profitable skills that would help them make meaningful impacts within any Organization. Each of these roles has shaped the professional I am today. Marketing taught me how to communicate effectively. Customer care instilled in me a sense of empathy and service. Facilitation strengthened my ability to train, mentor, and inspire. Through these experiences, I am able to comfortably work in the shoes of those I serve.
