About Filemon Palero

I am a hands-on IT Product Manager who partners with stakeholders to turn business needs into attainable IT solutions. My work is driven by a simple belief: that fun and empathy can coexist with productivity. My most recent accomplishments center around the successful implementation of Workday Human Capital Management. From 2022 to 2024, I worked closely with Workday, our stakeholders, and implementation partners to complete this complex SaaS project in just 18 months—a massive undertaking. Since our go-live in January 2024, our team has transitioned from break-fix support to strategic analysis and optimization of Workday Business Processes. I'm proud of our progress; as a team, we have grown significantly in the Workday environment. Our stakeholders are asking better questions, and as a Product Manager, I've developed better tools and more confident answers to deliver the solutions they need. I'm incredibly proud of our team's continued growth and accomplishments, and I'm excited about what we'll accomplish next.
