I began my career as a software developer, accumulating 8 years of experience in this field. During this time, I worked with various programming languages such as Pascal, C#, and JavaScript. As a developer, I demonstrated a proactive approach by staying updated with the latest technologies and continuously expanding your knowledge in related areas. In the end of 2019, I transitioned into the role of a Scrum Master. This shift allowed me to leverage my technical expertise and also focused me to the world of Agile project management. As a Scrum Master, I facilitated the adoption of Agile methodologies within the teams I worked with, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and efficient delivery of projects. Throughout me career, I have cultivated a passion for learning and exploring different areas beyond software development. I'm specialist in Design Thinking, and this specialization reinforced my abillities in user-centered design and problem-solving. Additionally, I developed expertise in Product Management both with my coworkers, books and courses, which involves understanding customer needs, driving product strategy, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products. Currently, I have shifted your focus towards people management. I enjoy training and facilitating individuals, which indicates my strong interpersonal skills and my desire to help others develop their potential. This transition came with my leadership responsibilities and are committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
