About Filipe Queiroz

Hello, and welcome to my Linkedin page. I'm a Portuguese Management bachelor, part-time reader, music listener and Japanese student. My interests span a diversified range of subjects, including management, computers, reading, music and History. And, of course, Japanese. With a final GPA of 15, I completed my undergraduate degree in the most prestigious and well-ranked public Business School in Portugal. Some of the relevant courses that compose this degree include Strategy, Marketing, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Operations Management. The elective courses that I took that helped shape me as a Management student were Modeling and Optimization, International Management and Global Economics. Knowing a second language is not enough. For this reason, my desire to learn more languages lead me to Japanese. First by myself, and then while taking classes, during most of my undergraduate degree, I enrolled in the Japanese course at ILNOVA until the B1.1 level with an average grade of 17, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. I'm currently taking classes with Yosoi Toda, a former ILNOVA teacher that also taught Japanese Language and Culture at the Japanese Embassy in Lisbon.
