I have a degree in Engineering and Industrial Management from the University of Aveiro and I have 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, the last 6 in the automotive industry. 10 years of experience in Production Management:* Management of customer orders;* Procurement;* Stock management;* Inventory;* Capacity management;* Production planning;* Storage management;* Definition of warehouses;* Dispatch management; and 5 years in project management (logistic) in the automotive industry:* Flows;* Packaging definition and validation with customers (OEMs);* Logistic costs (packaging, transport, internal logistics, etc.);* Layouts;* Inbound;* Outbound;*Material Cost Saving;* Continuous Improvement;* VSM. Plus 6 months in the Process Engineering team at Simoldes Plásticos, where I acquired skills in the area of ​​industrialization of new products and definition of assembly equipments. I am passionate about the industry and continuous improvement, with a special interest in Lean Manufacturing. I believe in people and that people are essential for the growth of companies, that's why I like to work in healthy environments and I always encourage team spirit.
