About Filippo Boselli

I currently work as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager at ERM in Milan. Our mission is to help funds, companies and developers across the world develop solid ESG strategies and decarbonisation roadmaps. Our work spans from performing ESG and Taxonomy Alignment due diligence to developing detailed SFDR-aligned ESG frameworks and decarbonisation roadmaps for major corporate, real estate and financial clients, including private equity funds. Previously, I have worked for Arup as an Energy & Carbon Consultant within the Sustainable Development Team in Arup Milan. I was responsible for the design of zero carbon strategies for new and existing large scale real estate developments across Italy and Europe. Before working in Milan, I have worked in London as an Energy Engineer at Buro Happold, working within a very international and multi-disciplinary team. Our key mission was to design decentralised and net zero carbon energy solutions for a variety of different clients across the globe, from large residential and commercial developers to government bodies. I have previously worked in the NGO sector as a Policy Officer for the World Future Council in Hamburg (Germany), researching and advocating for more sustainable energy policies across the globe, with a specific focus on urban contexts. I hold a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with First Class Honours from Imperial College London.
