About Filippo Castagna

Curiosity is my greatest strength, driving me to explore and excel in every aspect of my life. I obtained an MSc in Mechanical Engineering and I was selected among the top 10 students for the Alliance4Tech exchange honor program. This experience shaped my global mindset, adaptability, and ability to collaborate across cultures. I have a strong foundation in digital systems, data-driven decision-making, and agile methodologies. My career at Enel began in ICT as a Subject Matter Expert for maintenance processes, later transitioning to Scrum Master for predictive maintenance projects. Since October 2023, I have been the Product Owner of SWIM, Enel’s global maintenance system, where I coordinated developments, AI model rollouts, future planning, and financial oversight. Through my experience, I have realized that I prioritize efficiency, fostering constructive dialogue and active listening among team members. In February 2024, I expanded into global technical network planning, and in September 2024, I embarked on a new challenge with E-Distribuzione, contributing to the sale of electricity distribution assets in the provinces of Milan and Brescia to A2A Group. I’m always ready for new business and technical challenges. I love working with others, improving things step by step, and using data to make processes more efficient.
