Trained as a chemical engineer, I have always been fascinated by the world of chemistry and chemical production. Currently, I am the General Manager & Member of the Board of Directors in Altair Chemical and Corporate Purchasing Director in Esseco Industrial. I joined Esseco Industrial in 2020, when I became General Manager of Hydrochem Italia, acquired by Esseco Industrial in 2019 through a ministerial crisis resolution process. It was a pivotal moment that not only marked a turning point in my work in chemical production by shifting from specialty to basic chemicals but also enabled me to collaborate with highly skilled colleagues. With Esseco, I also entered the realm of green energy production systems tailored to the industrial chemistry sector, which has now become a crucial aspect of my business decisions. I believe in a holistic vision that focuses on teamwork, the strengths of each individual, and mutual support in times of difficulty. I am convinced that curiosity and continuous questioning are essential tools for understanding everything around us.
