From Workday to SuccessFactors to Oracle to ServiceNow, I’ve led global transformations that blend strategy and execution, human insight and tech enablement — delivering measurable results in employee engagement, operational efficiency, and scalable growth. I currently lead the HR Transformation & Delivery team for Accenture’s ICH Consulting Hub in Europe, where we help clients reinvent how they attract, grow, and empower talent.
