About Filippo Guasti

Manager with over 8 years of corporate finance background, specializing in M&A, business planning, corporate valuation and structured financing. Currently, as Head of M&A and Strategic Planning, I’m actively involved in the ramp up of the Plures project, by the merger of the local Tuscany utilities to achieve a major scale company integrated across the waste, energy and water businesse. Key achievements include: 1.1B€ merge involving Alia, Estra and Publiacqua; led the group’s strategic planning for a 2.5B€ CAPEX plan; 1.2B€ fundraising through top tier financial institution and private debt. Previously, I have participated in a various corporate finance projects joining an advisory boutique, with increasing level of responsibility. I start my career as analyst advanced to a manager role. In the growth path I developed strong soft skills such as management team, BoD reporting, comunication, and problem solving. I’ve an academic path in management, and I joined the IPOReady programme of Borsa italiana Euronext by INSEAD as well as the M&A executive education programme of Imperial College Business School.
