About Filippo Milano

Graduated in Aeronautical Engineering at the "Federico II" University of Naples, I was soon "hijacked" in the ICT Sector. After the initial technical assignments, responsibility for managing teams and projects of increasing size and complexity follow, with skills also confirmed by certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CFPS, ISIPM, Scrum, Six Sigma). At the same time, I consolidate significant experiences in business development and technical shaping on new opportunities. During my professional career the "Quality" subject is constant, with different roles: from ISO 9001 Auditor and Tutor, up to taking on the role of Quality Manager in 2015. Due to my managerial background and skills in contractual law, combined with interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills, also in 2015 I have the position of Contract Manager, interfacing with the direct Contractual Executive Managers of the Clients. Since 2021 I have been in charge of the role of Risk & Compliance Manager, with specific skills and responsibilities in the Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Information Security Management System (ISO 27001), Administrative Liability of Legal Entities and Companies, Enterprise Risk Management. Since 2024, my scope of responsibility has expanded to the Anti-bribery Management Systems (ISO 37001), consequently assuming the role of Risk, Compliance, Quality & Anti-Corruption Manager.
