Through my strong drive, self-motivated nature and marketing background, I have turned the abstract into practical solutions for clients such as Absolut Vodka, Kinnarps and Arbetsförmedlingen. I have a good track record of over ten years in driving the entire design process from hypothesis-driven work to launch. My accessibility work is the basis for how I create inclusive products, services and also team culture. I enjoy facilitating possible ways forward, and have good communication skills to spread insights and experience to colleagues. I’m the UX Craft co-lead at Valtech Sweden, fostering growth and excellence in the ever-evolving realm of User Experience (UX) design. With a wealth of experience guiding cross-functional teams, I specialize in not just crafting compelling user interfaces but also empowering and nurturing the talents of those around me. I'm always looking for new ways to improve the user experience, most recently with my Google AI Vertex Platform certification. I thrive in the borderland between UX, product development and marketing and I take ownership for both my contribution and the collaboration within my team and with other teams to achieve exceptional goals and KPIs.
