As a Full Time Realtor at The Fred Sed Group at Keller Williams, Fio have come to understand what keeps clients awake at night.(shifting market, increasing interest rates & affordability) Purchasing or selling a home, is a life changing event and Fio can assist her clients navigate the process with no hiccups while reaching maximum results. Fio graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Accounting and started her career as a public accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she audited Fortune 500 Companies and developed a strong sense in problem solving skills. After few years in Corporate America, Fio realized that helping families to achieve the American Dream of home ownership, was her true passion. Her proven commitment to creating genuine customer relationships and strong acumen of problem solving skills, assure her clients that they can make each transaction smooth and enjoyable. In her free time, Fio enjoys spending time with her husband Carlos and her cuddle fur baby named Luna.
