I successfully delivered strategy reviews, influenced organisational culture and redesigned operating models saving £millions in costs and resetting the vision of the organisation. I help the organisations I work for to navigate complex and difficult change successfully and achieve their vision. As a natural problem solver and engaging communicator I can work across an organisation and quickly understand what needs to change and how to make that change happen. With a solid mix of operational and strategic level roles I can switch between detailed analysis and big picture thinking. My practical experience is backed up by an MBA and Project Management, Change Management and Finance professional qualifications.
