As a Compensation Analyst at Qualtrics, I am responsible for implementing and administering compensation programs and policies that align with the company's goals and values. I work with the HR and Finance teams to ensure fair and competitive pay for all employees across different regions and markets. I also conduct compensation studies, e.g. Gender Pay Gap reporting, to support the company's strategic initiatives and growth plans.I have over six years of experience in payroll and compensation, having worked as a Payroll Analyst and a Senior Payroll Specialist EMEA at Qualtrics before. In these roles, I managed payroll operations for over employees in 14 countries, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and providing accurate and timely payroll data and reports. I also supported the payroll integration of new acquisitions and the implementation of new payroll systems and processes.I have a strong educational background in Human Resource Management, Payroll Management, and pensions. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from National College of Ireland, a Diploma in Payroll Management from Irish Payroll Association (IPASS), and a QFA qualification in Pensions from University College Dublin. I also have a UK Payroll Diploma from The CPD Certification Service and a Certificate in Payroll Techniques from IPASS.I am a team player, a problem solver, and a customer-oriented professional.
