Leading the People and OD Strategic Projects Team working with Senior Leaders across the organisation on large scale transformation change programmes. An influencer, strong communicator and problem solver, I take a customer focused approach to working with my client areas. I can adapt my style to suit the audience and establish trust, rapport and strong professional relationships. Through a coaching style, I mobilise diverse teams and take them with me through a journey of change. I am experienced in dealing with complex case work, working in a highly unionised environment and working closely with TU colleagues. With strong networking and people skills at UoM and through my Trustee work, I design and deliver strategy and training, manage budgets, secure large scale funding from external organisations and establish strong partnerships.
