About Fiona David

My core expertise lies in capital transaction/acquisitions and disposals and office and industrial leasing working for major developers, large listed property trusts and Australia’s largest landlord. I’ve acted for a number of overseas retail giants in the retail leasing space. I won the Marsden’s Law school prize for best and fairest student in Ethics. I was named a Finalist in the "Young Gun of the Year" category of the 2016 Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards. This award recognises outstanding performance by an individual within her first three years of practice across Australia. I was named a Finalist in the category of "Construction and Real Estate" of '30 under 30' awards. The award recognises up-and-comers who are making a true impact on the profession early on in their careers. I was named a Finalist in the "Rising Star of the Year" category of the 2017 NSW Women Lawyers Achievement Awards. Award recognises the achievements of outstanding women lawyers, mentors and firms that have achieved excellence in their area of practice and helped create opportunities for women in the law.
