About Fiona Davis

Building the operational engines that enable businesses thrive regardless of Industry is where I love to be. I have built my career around helping purpose driven organisations, not only reduce the cost of doing business but also leverage and uplift capability to support business growth. Harnessing a blend of expertise in senior financial leadership (CPA qualified) and extensive experience leading transformation across key business functions, I move seamlessly between strategy and operations, pinpointing the levers of change and developing initiatives that deliver tangible outcomes in performance, customer service and market share. This is demonstrated currently at Cambridge Partners, where I have instigated and led a number of transformational projects across business functions within this practice.Key to this, I believe, is a focus on people and culture as the driver of sustainable business transformation. With a natural affinity and understanding of human behaviour, I am attuned to stakeholder needs, adapting my approach to the audience I am presenting to and influencing buy-in to change to deliver major transformations. Personally, as a leader, I believe that employees deliver their best when they’re at their best. To this end, I build cultures centred around employee well-being where respect, inclusivity and transparency are the norm. I value growing my business network, please contact me through LinkedIn.
