About Fiona Farrell

I never had a question about what I would do once I left school. It was always going to be travel. That’s what I wanted to do, and I feel privileged that it is exactly what I’ve done. I’m from Ireland originally – you might be able to tell – I worked for multiple Travel Agents and airlines over there before setting off on my O.E. I went everywhere, seeing all there was to see before stopping in Australia for a year. I then decided to spend a month in New Zealand before heading home. That was it. I fell in love with the country. I went home packed up all my things and moved to NZ 8 months later. Travel excites me. I just love helping people get as excited as I am about their trips. I come from a leisure travel background and have always enjoyed putting together complex holidays and bringing dreams into reality. But since moving into business travel I have really found my place. Not only do I get to work on my clients complicated business trips, I get to form real relationships with my travellers. I’m passionate about delivering an excellent travel experience, and by really getting to know them, I can tailor to their preferences and make recommendations in planning their trip that I just know they will love too.
