As an experienced Operations Lead, I am a trusted adviser, working with a national team to drive business success. I work with our Partners to develop and implement our strategy, develop annual budgets, conduct ongoing financial and staff performance analysis and ensure our team have the learning and development opportunities they need to deliver exceptional service to our clients. I am passionate about business improvement, working with our leadership team to develop capabilities that position us for sustainable, profitable growth. With a background in science - as the Science Adviser for the British Government in Australia and Government Relations Adviser at CSIRO - I am also focussed on the promotion of women in STEM. I developed and lead the Shine Women's Leadership Programme, working with women in finance and technology to provide sponsors and training to help them understand their career aspirations and how KPMG can help them be realised. I also have policy and communications experience, working as Chief of Staff and Media Adviser in federal and state politics.
