I am a food science and technology specialist who has devoted my 30-year career to quality management, food safety standards, and compliance in this sector. By empowering teams and collaborating globally with industry leaders, I have delivered outstanding transformations and enhancements to my organisations and subsequently, the industry as a whole. With a commitment to continuous improvement, for myself and the Australian food science and technology sector, my career has seen me: Become a compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME) across food, beverage, agriculture, technology, and FMCG. Coordinate governance activities, specialising in compliance, auditing, and sustainability. Deliver financial, strategic, and operational advisory to various Boards. Manage budget forecasting, income generation activities, and trends analysis. Forge alliances with private, corporate, and government bodies, domestically and internationally. Produce program documentation, SOPs, guideline documents, and quality manuals. I am a confident communicator who leads and inspires teams toward achieving common objectives. I am looking forward to continuing to do so in a greater capacity as I move forward in the Australian food science and technology sector.
