About Fiona Hocking

I am Fi. Passionate director, Art Psychotherapist and creative butterfly. I love supporting people in their healing and day-to-day living using the creative process. Having experienced childhood trauma, unhealthy relationships, neurodiversity and a health crisis, I am enthusiastic and passionate in guiding you through the process of establishing skills to manage stress and symptoms of ill health and well-being. I am an Intuitive Intelligence Method Practitioner who can help you to alleviate your fears and integrate your being into wholeness from fear to love. I am also certified through the Institute for Sensorimotor Art Therapy in safely using guided drawing to process and heal trauma stored in the body. Currently extending my skills to become a Master of Therapeutic Arts Practice at MIECAT and an Intuitive Intelligence Trainer to integrate the creative process with the innate power of intuition that we all have but may not have developed.
