About Fiona L.

An experienced and heavyweight professional who has worked in household names such as KPMG UK, NFU Mutual, Capita, Skandia, and LV, but I also spent two years in Oxfam GB on a pro bono basis supporting policy and project design/ implementation in the Trading and Humanitarian divisions. I have a deep understanding of sustainability and improving these outcomes across the whole value chain. I stated my career at a dynamic and truly agile ‘Family Office’, and now have some supremely valuable experience in a variety of roles (as a strategy/ proposition adviser and a hands on interim transformation lead), and more recently in a ‘Big 4’ consultancy environment in KPMG. I really care about; people, partnerships, trust and sustainability. To enhance the customer experience through technology, education at all life stages, and delivering successful propositions through aligning all the capabilities within an organisations and through external partnerships, to create impactful and joined-up strategies and real operating models, over time. I enjoy ‘C’ level interaction and have the gravitas and confidence to challenge Board level decisions, if necessary, and can bring an objective focus into the room. Highly articulate and influential communicator, at all levels, and in all mediums. I have high energy and love to inspire my teams whilst leading them. My leadership style is direct, supportive and empowering. I love the energy of continual agile improvement,and like to use it to create positive energy in people and teams for great design and delivery over time.
