I have experience delivering in the areas of talent management, leadership assessment and development, graduate recruitment, training, outplacement counselling and executive coaching. I have worked with clients from a wide variety of industries in the private sector (including financial services, aviation, energy, FMCG's, retail, IT and manufacturing), public sector organisations in the UK and Australia, NGOs and not-for-profit. Previously based in London but now in Melbourne, I continue to deliver a lot of international work virtually. Always open to exploring new opportunities to provide services direct to new clients (locally or internationally) or partnering with other consultancies to deliver or lead specific projects.
