Have worked within the HR / OD Learning & Development sector for 17 years. Experience spans a wide range of industries including Private Sector (retail and business banking, consultancy, energy), Public Sector (Local and Central Government) and Third Sector (Charity). Within my current role, I am responsible for managing our Customer Development Manager Onboarding Programme and laterally supporting key L&D requests within BGS & S.
