My background includes more than two decades of newsroom leadership in broadcast news, current affairs and factual entertainment in New Zealand and the UK. I am passionate about values-driven leadership and service. Proud to be the leader of a fantastic team at Sanford, with experience in leading teams large and small in newsrooms across New Zealand and in leading diverse international teams spread across EMEA, the US and Asia.
