I collaborated with businesses to identify and achieve their corporate social responsibility goals, charity of the year requirements, support employee fundraising, engagement & volunteering, corporate giving and sponsorship/branding opportunities. My approach is consultative - establishing key motivators and developing innovative & creative strategies to achieve required outcomes. Experienced in prospecting, identifying, managing & cultivating new business and partnership opportunities via bespoke and innovative propositions across a variety of industry sectors and business demographics delivering stakeholder value through collaborative approach. My account portfolio comprised a mixture of local & national corporate partnerships from business genres including financial services, automotive, recruitment, food & drink, retail, construction, manufacturing and non departmental government bodies. Previous roles were for a national learning disability charity in their NI office as Corporate Partnerships Manager and prior to that for a international humanitarian NGO where I established a telemarketing function in addition to responsibility for the Supporter Care team. I volunteer as a Trustee & Fundraising Consultant for a developing world social justice charity Project Zambia helping develop their income generation strategy.
