I am an experienced line manager who is seeking an opportunity to build and grow my personal and professional development in a new environment. I have many transferable skills a high standard of customer service at all times, whilst protecting and enhancing a brands reputation. I enjoy reviewing processes to steamline procedures, to increase productivity, achieve targets set and strive to exceed expectations. I am able to adapt well in to a fast passed environment and to work on multiple tasks and systems simultaneously. During my time with Care UK I have contributed to the smooth implementation of 2 recent acquisitions which involved a great deal of organisation, flexibility and working under pressure. During this implementation phase I continued to ensure the normal day to day work of department was still achieved and that any problems that arose were resolved in a timely and efficient manner. I have considerable strengths in adapting to change in varying situations and always strive for a high level of accuracy. I would consider myself a conscientious and friendly person, who is both capable and competent. I enjoy working on my own initiative or in a team. I am reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and always eager to learn.
