I am a versatile and dedicated team member who prides herself by facing tasks and projects head on whilst ensuring completion to the best standards. Starting in The Schoolhouse Hotel as junior receptionist, I quickly gained the experience and knowledge of the industry to progress to senior receptionist. After three and a half years, I moved to the Dylan Hotel, starting as reservations executive after just one year, I was promoted to reservations manager. I consider myself a loyal and dedicated person, who thrives in a busy environment with excellent attention to detail. I have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. I am a problem solver who readily adapts to change and is capable of finding solutions to any issues that may arise. Looking to further develop these skills in a practical and fast paced environment.
