About Fiona Poulos

Placed 1st for Non-AI solutions in Rightworks' 2023 Hackathon with a new Desktop Application. Product is moving from Beta -> V1 in 2025. Placed 1st for Technical Innovation in Rightworks' 2025 Hackathon with a solution in SaaS hosting platforms. Solving the "unsolvable" is my passion. I started with Rightworks in 2020 answering tech support calls. I consistently went above and beyond, often bringing new solutions to our Advanced Tech Support team rather than questions. During my time in Advanced Tech Support (tier2), I developed and innovated custom desktop solutions for our Tier 1 support reps to improve performance, lower call times, and reduce incoming escalations. Working for the Application Operations team, I automated rollout for multiple applications across the hosting environment. This created a large workload reduction which allowed my team to focus on innovating new solutions for our platform. I received a promotion within the team in 2023. Eventually I was promoted to the role of Software Engineer, where I had the privilege of further developing my Hackathon winning solution to Production. Through all these roles, I continuously proved my innovative problem solving abilities to a standard of excellence.
