About Fiona Reidy

I have worked in local, State and Commonwealth Government and community sectors and held senior management roles at the Victorian Mental Illness Awareness Council, Wyndham City Council, TAC, City of Greater Geelong, Department of Health and Human Services, G21, Brimbank City Council and Moonee Valley City Council. I have extensive experience in managing teams, partnering, facilitation, health/mental health and community planning, policy development, strategic planning and advocacy. I have completed the Company Directors course and have a strong interest in governance, community and customer feedback, health and strategic planning. My original qualifications are in Social Work, I have a Master of Arts in Communication and a public health PhD that relates to the implementation of disability policy and social inclusion. I am a qualified mediator and use coaching and mentoring in my leadership roles. My strategic planning, social, health and community policy development, stakeholder management and communication skills are my strengths.
