Highly experienced design manager with over 20 years' experience in packaging design and retail, and a track record of successfully delivering large, high profile design projects. Currently, I'm at Daylesford organic where my very varied role involves sourcing and buying packaging, and managing artwork and print for all our own brand products, travelling between our London office and the farm in Gloucestershire. http://daylesford.com During 5 years at Tesco I held a broad range of roles, as design manager for the Convenience, Impulse, Baby beauty and toiletries categories, Finest, Venture Brands and Seasonal Events. While at Sainsbury's I managed the £1bn Taste the difference brand, which won 2 DBA Design Effectiveness Awards, and the redesign / relaunch of BWS, which led to a 12% sales uplift. My experience on both agency and client side has given me a unique combination of skills: creative and art direction, project management, planning, organisational and problem solving skills and a strong background in design, food and retail.
