As a CIM-certified, award-winning marketing and communications leader, I specialise in crafting effective marketing strategies and value propositions tailored to address customer pain points. My experience spans across both large blue-chip corporations to medium sized businesses, where I've consistently delivered impactful results. Currently in a leadership role at Supporting Education Group within the Professional Services Practice overseeing a number of brands including Judicium Education, School Business Services and Neo People Management, where my contributions have been recognised with the Special Recognition (2020) and Leadership (2021) awards. With a proven track record in applying marketing strategies to deliver targeted financial results and increased product/service brand awareness and propensity to purchase. My expertise includes developing strategic multi-channel marketing plans and campaigns, brand management, advertising and sponsorship, new product launches and rebrands, event management, public relations, content and digital marketing including HubSpot and a recent website relaunch which has seen significant organic growth in visitor numbers. In my current role within the Senior Leadership Team, as well as leading the marketing team of five and working collaboratively with the Sales team to drive lead generation and sales, I play a pivotal role supporting the MD with all aspects of employee engagement and communications. Often working in challenging environments, I attribute my success to my initiative, innovative ideas, strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills, and a dedication to effective team collaboration at all levels. I am passionate about empowering young people to improve their communication and employability skills, building their confidence and personal growth.
