I am dedicated and tenacious when it comes to bringing a brand's vision to life, something I've demonstrated through countless promotions with brands such as Walkers, Pepsi, Sainsbury's and American Express. I take pride in being the colleague at work who's everyone's go to. It's not just about knowing the systems and processes, but that my colleagues know that regardless of the problem, I'll find solutions, plural, because it's always best to have options. Although my career path may not be the most traditional, I believe that the versatility that I've developed over the years stands me in good stead. I've been a mediator, project manager and mentor, but there's nothing I enjoy more than marrying the big picture to the finer details. I have developed a diverse skillset, including but not limited to: • Strategic planning • Financial analysis and budget planning with particular experience of bringing wage costs in line • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills when dealing with both big brands and suppliers • Excellent team leadership and development expertise demonstrated in conducting a range of training sessions
