As Managing Director of the Industrial Automation business at Analog Devices, I lead a global business and engineering team at the forefront of technology innovation for the Robotics, Humanoids, Smart Machines and Automation Equipment. With over 600 engineers across continents, my team and I are pioneering the next generation of intelligent, connected, and software defined industrial systems including hardware, software & embedded AI algorithms. I am responsible for defining the long-term vision, overseeing enterprise-level execution of the strategic plan including P&L, R&D investment strategy and annual budgets. With a deep passion for innovation, operational excellence & Go to Market strategy, I bring over two decades of experience in industrial technologies, embedded systems and semiconductors. My leadership philosophy centers on empowering diverse, high-performing teams to take on complex challenges and deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.
