I have over 30 years of experience in healthcare, having worked in diverse roles—primarily within surgical services—beginning my career as a Registered Nurse before progressing through senior operational leadership roles, including Senior Director of Surgical and Interventional Services.In my most recent role as Chief Operating Officer at Oregon Anesthesiology Group, one of the largest independent, physician-owned anesthesia practices in the U.S, I’ve led several high-impact initiatives. These include the implementation of a system-wide scheduling framework to optimize clinical resources, the strategic planning and launch of de novo anesthesia management services, and participating in key negotiations to expand existing anesthesia services. I also successfully led the transition of 50% of the workforce to newly established hospital sites within just six weeks, ensuring operational continuity and workforce engagement during a period of rapid growth.I am recognized for expertise in mentoring and professional development, with proven strength in talent cultivation and succession planning to build sustainable leadership capacity and high performing teams.
