About Fionn Collins

When I was Learning and Inclusion Advisor intern at Deloitte, I supported the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization. I assisted in designing and delivering training programs, conducting research and analysis, and facilitating dialogue and collaboration among different stakeholders. I have a passion for learning and creating inclusive environments, which stems from my academic and professional background. I hold an Ordinary Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Entrepreneurship from Dublin Institute of Technology, where I learned how to create innovative and sustainable food businesses. I also completed online courses in Diversity and Inclusion and Digital Marketing, which enhanced my skills in communication, engagement, and strategy. In addition, I have over five years of experience as a Receptionist at The Premium Club and 1878 at 3Arena, where I provide excellent customer service, manage bookings and inquiries, and handle administrative tasks. I am a competent, outgoing, and reliable team player, who can adapt to different situations and challenges.
