About Fiorella Riveros

Fiorella is a passionate and driven student who intends to pursue a degree in Communication of Science and Technology with minors in Physics and Astronomy at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN, where she is a Chancellor Scholarship holder, awarded to the top 1% of undergraduate applicants. She works at Crimson Education, supporting students to access higher education opportunities in the world's top universities.With a strong interest in natural sciences and leadership, Fiorella has participated in various international volunteer programs and prestigious academic initiatives, including the Harvard National MUN, Harvard IR Program, Yale Young Global Scholars, and Global Citizen Year Academy, among others, enhancing her leadership, science, technology, and IR skills. With support from a US Embassy scholarship and related organizations, she received personalized mentoring in community development, contributing to her founding EUREKA—a non-profit with over 50 volunteers across 3 continents to promote STEM education in Latin America, reaching 1,500+ students.Her advocacy for education earned her being named Outstanding Youth of Paraguay in 2022, Youth Ambassador of Paraguay in 2021, and a place in the Top 50 of the Global Student Prize, an award considered the Nobel Prize for students.Fiorella believes in the power of collective educational efforts to enhance the world and seeks to use her knowledge and experiences to inspire and empower others toward their academic and career aspirations. She is continually eager to learn, discover new cultures, and connect with like-minded individuals.
