I am a Director of Revenue Operations at HotelIQ by Intelligent Hospitality, a leading provider of hotel business intelligence and analytics solutions. I have over eight years of experience in B2B SaaS, with expertise in hotel tech, business intelligence and analytics, and hotel revenue management. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, a diploma in Hotel Management, and three certifications related to revenue operations, revenue management, and SaaS. As one of the first five members of the Intelligent Hospitality team, I have a holistic view of establishing and growing a SaaS business. I have expanded my responsibilities across the Go-to-Market, Customer Success and Support, Finance and Billing, Operations and Product functions, seeking to systematize and streamline processes, implement best-in-class technologies and practices, and drive growth and efficiency. I have initiated and led several initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and health, optimize sales pipeline and contracting, forecast and manage revenues and billing, and support product development and marketing. My goal is to enable and empower our customers to leverage data and insights to enhance their hotel performance and profitability.
